Its nice to see that Starbucks have finally changed their Logo.  I believe that the current one has been in action for 20 years.  The name has now been removed according to web sources and purely focuses on their mermaid style image.

I just hope that the cofee has not changed as it is currently the best part of my working day - Break Time!

I am hearing that Windows 8 is to be released.  I am still getting used to Windows XP.  Have not even had chance to look at Windows 7 Yet.  I seriously need to speed up with Windows Progression.

Windows 8 - Here I come.

I wonder what version of Windows will be around this time next year.

Now what is going on here then.

As some of you may know I do like mysterious happenings and paranormal stuff but this is too weird.  What causes hundreds of birds to suddenly fall from the sky dead.

A mysterious gas cloud perhaps, an airplane, a UFO or some form of ghostly phenomena.

Is this a build up to the dreaded 2012 phenomena.

Dead birds falling from the sky is not your typical day to day occurance thats for shure.  I am certainly going to watch this story closely just in case.  Call me paraniod!

Metro Chat : Popular Threads - Showbiz         GEORGE MICHAEL Going to Prison for 4 weeks?? September 18, 2010 at 10:14 AM   I was reading in the paper on 15/09/10 about George Michael being sentenced to 8 weeks for being found with cannabis in his possession, behind the wheel of a car (again).  Well, I know from personal experience that when 'one' first goes in to the prison system, he/she is stripped searched upon arrival, but now the way the paper (Metro) made out it would be like, for e.g. no internal examinations etc... He also will not be cleaning the prison floors, as Metro implies, he will have to clean his cell though, just like all prisoners have to do every day, but cleaning the wings is left to 'privileged prisoners' (e.g. prisoners that have been there years etc..). On the jobs front, only prisoners with 6 months or mors on their tariff their not allowed to have a job, only education.   As for the 'brick laying course' mentioned in the article, the Prison Service will not give prisoners with less than 6 months on their sentence a brick laying course or any other long term course, except education and that's it!! other than 23 hour a day bang-up, he's not much to look forward to for the next 4 weeks!!
