Q&A: Is there a ligitamate xbox 360 game shop in shanghai if not, why?

I visit china alot to see family and wont to by REAL xbox games and if there is not one in shanghai is there on some where else in china.
If not why is there none.

I am looking for a cheap xBox cause im not looking to spend alot so at Future Shop they have a refurbished one with 20gb but im wondering if it would be alright for gaming?

Ps. Its $ 150 and comes with a HDMI cable
