Looking for discount airfare site that lets you pick based on time range, but with exact time & airline hidden?

I used a website sort of like priceline a few months ago to book a ticket. It offered more deeply discounted tickets than other travel sites, but you did not know which airline nor the exact time of the flight at purchase. It did however give you a time range for the flight, which is more preferable to the crapshoot that is priceline.

Does anyone know what this site is?
