I hate to call anyone stupid but this person received three 4-year scholarships to out-of-state universities but he turned them down. Now he is taking classes online. Keep in mind he is 18 years old.
If he was my son, I would force him to accept one of the scholarships and send him packing. I’m sure he would thank me in the long run. How is he going to learn social skills and enjoy the campus life-style if he stays home and take ALL of his classes online??

Its up to the parents to make that decision. There is no reason why an 18 year old should turn down four scholarships and stay at home and play X-box while taking classes online. It stupid. Plain stupid! And any parent that would allow their child to do this is stupid too….

He’s lazy and scared. He can only take so many classes online before he’ll be forced to actually go to school (if that’s what he chooses to keep doing). 18 yr old high school graduates don’t quite understand the value of 4 years free education.
